After years of no serious training (fatherhood, some of you know), there is no better way to come back to Muay Thai than with Sean's program. Very well structured and Sean always motivating and pushing to train harder.
Get your training back on track. 5 minutes at a time.
Whether you've fallen out of your routine or you're already training and want to stay sharper, 5-Minute Fight Camp gives you one focused session every day that actually fits into real life.
I got tired of waiting for a free hour.
At 39, with a family and businesses to run, I've had to get honest about how I actually spend my time.
I want to be present. Do good work. Keep training. Follow through on the things I say matter to me.
Wanting to train was never the problem. The problem is that the free hour I kept waiting for never showed up, and the days went by anyway.
So I made the commitment smaller, and then I stopped letting myself skip it.
Maybe you've been feeling the same way.
That's why I created 5-Minute Fight Camp. A simple daily training commitment, with people to do it alongside.
If you're ready to put some intention into your next 30 days, I'd love to have you with us.
You don't need a perfect schedule. You need momentum.
Work gets busy. Kids need you. Energy drops. Training gets pushed to tomorrow.
Or maybe you're already training, but you know you'd benefit from a little more movement, technique, conditioning, or consistency outside your normal sessions.
5-Minute Fight Camp gives you one small daily win you can actually fit in.
Five minutes before work. Five minutes as a warm-up. Five minutes before your regular session. Five minutes during lunch. Five minutes after the kids go down. Five minutes on a day you otherwise would have done nothing.
The point isn't that five minutes replaces real training. The point is that five minutes keeps you moving.
The goal is fewer zero days.
Two ways to use the next 30 days.
Use the five minutes to rebuild the habit. Don't try to become your old self overnight. Start showing up again. One small session every day gives you momentum, confidence, and something you can actually stick to.
Use it as an add-on, not a replacement. Do it as your morning routine, as a warm-up before Muay Thai, before lifting, before roadwork, as a technique refresher, on recovery days, or on days you can't make the gym.
Learn it, then own it.
You'll follow 15 unique workouts, each repeated twice across 30 days.
Learn it
Learn the movements, find your pace, and build the habit of showing up.
Own it
Repeat the same workouts with cleaner movement, better balance, more confidence, and more intent.
The repetition is deliberate. You're not collecting random workouts. You're getting better at the same movements while making daily training feel normal again.
When to use the five minutes.
Knock it out before the day gets away from you.
Use it before Muay Thai, lifting, or conditioning.
Move instead of skipping training completely.
Get five minutes in after work or after the kids are down.
Do the day's session and keep the streak alive.
The workout is five minutes. The real win is showing up again.
When training slips, it usually isn't just the workout that disappears. You start feeling less disciplined, less sharp, and less like yourself.
This challenge is about getting that momentum back. One small daily commitment. One thing you said you were going to do, then actually did.
That momentum can carry into better routines, better choices, more confidence, and feeling more in control.
Sean paired his own 30 days with a month off alcohol. You're welcome to do the same, pick a different habit to work on, or simply focus on the training. Entirely up to you.
Everything is already planned for you.

Here's what five minutes actually looks like.
Open the workout. Press play. Train with me. That's the whole system.
Before you join.
Is five minutes really enough?
Five minutes is not meant to replace every other workout you do. It's the minimum commitment that keeps you training consistently. Some days it'll be your entire session. Other days it'll turn into 20, 30, or 60 minutes of training. The goal is to eliminate the zero days.
What if I already train regularly?
Perfect. Use 5-Minute Fight Camp as a warm-up, morning routine, technique refresher, recovery-day session, or extra work before your normal training.
What if I'm a beginner?
Start with the included Muay Thai Crash Course so you understand the basic stance, movement, punches, kicks, and foundations before you begin.
Do I need equipment?
No heavy bag, gloves, wraps, partner, or gym membership required.
What if I miss a day?
Don't double up and don't restart. Just come back the next day and keep going.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime. Once you join, the workouts stay in your library so you can use them whenever you need a quick session.
You don't need to change your whole life. Just start with five minutes.
If your training has slipped, use this to get moving again. If you're already training, use it to build even more consistency.
Either way, the goal is the same: show up every day, build momentum, and finish your 30 days feeling stronger, sharper, and more in control than when you started.
