Do I need to be in shape already to start?
No. This program is built to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re coming back from inconsistency or starting fresh, the structure is designed to ease you in and build momentum safely.
What equipment do I need?
A couple of dumbbells or kettlebells, and a training mat—that's it. I've included some links inside to affordable recommendations. There are bodyweight alternatives in each workout, too.
Is it only for people who do Muay Thai?
No. Fight Camp Physique is inspired by how fighters train, but it’s built for anyone who wants purposeful, athletic training without chaos. You don’t need to fight or plan to fight.Â
How long are the workouts?
Each session is 30-35 minutes, and that includes warmup, cool down and multiple recovery periods and water breaks built right in to every workout. Press Play, train hard, and move on with your day.
Can I train at home?
Yes. You won't need much space or any big machines to train. Although you can adapt it to the gym if you prefer, this program is designed to be followed with limited space/equipment and WiFi.
What happens after I purchase?
You get an email from [email protected] with your login instructions. Once logged in, you click on Fight Camp Physique in your library and start your first lesson: orientation with me.
