"I don't have the time."

This program was built specifically for people who said that. Three to four sessions per week. 30–40 minutes each. On days you're already not at Muay Thai.

"Am I too old for this?"

The average member age is 38 years old, with many members quite a bit north of that! We've got 40-year-olds, 50-year-olds, even 60+. 

"I've bought programs before and never finished them."

I hear this constantly. And I get it, because the reason most programs don't get finished isn't lack of will. It's that they ask for too much and don't tell you what to do each day.

Fight Camp Physique workouts are 30–40 minutes. The calendar tells you what's on today. You open the app, press play, follow along. The structure is the whole point. You've never not finished a program; you've never had the right structure.

"I have old injuries and nagging aches."

Yep, me too! 

But listen: the first 4 weeks are a foundation phase. It's designed to address movement quality and joint prep before any significant loading. Most people with nagging aches find that the structured mobility work in Phase 1 helps, not hurts.

This isn't a replacement for medical treatment if you need it. But the program is built from the ground up for real people with real bodies (not invincible 20-year-olds).
