This isn't stretching

Most fighters stretch with no intention. That's why nothing changes.

You touch your toes for 30 seconds, call it a warmup and get on with training. Then you wonder why your kicks stay low, your hips stay tight and the same aches keep coming back.

Yoga is different. It's intentional, progressive and built to actually change how your body moves. Done right, it is the difference between fighting for a season and fighting for years.

Flexibility and balance are what let you kick high, move freely and stay healthy enough to keep training.
Why it works for fighters

Built for the body Muay Thai breaks down.

Higher kicks

Higher kicks

Open the hips and hamstrings so your head kick stops topping out at the ribs. Range you can actually use in the ring.

Fewer injuries

Fewer injuries

Undo the tightness that leads to tweaked backs, cranky hips and sore knees. Recover between sessions instead of grinding down.

Sharper mind

Sharper mind

Breathwork and guided meditation build the calm and focus that carry straight into sparring and fight night.

How each week works

4 short videos a week. That's it.

Simple to follow, easy to fit around training. Press play and flow along with Liz.

Main Class Flow
1 · Main Class Flow

Your core session

The main flow of the week. Do it 1 to 3 times to open up the body and build real, lasting flexibility. This is where the change happens.

Pre-Training Warm Up
2 · Pre-Training Warm Up

Prime the body before you train

A short mobility flow to wake up the joints and get loose before class. Doubles as a great way to start your morning.

Post-Training Cool Down
3 · Post-Training Cool Down

Unwind and recover

Slow it all down after training so the body and mind can open up, release the tension and set you up for the next session.

Bonus Class Flow
4 · Bonus Class Flow

Go further, faster

Add this 1 to 3 times a week when you want to accelerate your flexibility, balance, mindfulness and coordination.

The 4 week journey

Every week targets what fighters need.

Week 1

Flexibility Foundations

Lay the base. Open the major muscle groups and learn the poses everything else builds on.

Week 2

High Kick Haven

Zero in on the hips and hamstrings so your kicks climb higher with less strain.

Week 3

Heavy Hands Rehab

Release the shoulders, wrists and upper back that take a beating from bag work and boxing.

Week 4

Balance & Twists

Sharpen balance, coordination and rotation, the quiet ingredients behind clean, powerful strikes.

And there's more inside

Bonuses to mix into any routine.

8+

Full Yoga Classes

From a 30 minute morning flow to Happy Hips Yin, full recovery classes and more to drop in any day.

2

Mobility Sequences

Quick pre-training mobility routines to weave straight into your warmups.

4

Guided Meditations

Set intention, clear the mental clutter and visualize your power. Get your mind right.

Elizabeth Fagan

Meet your instructor, my wife Liz

I've trained Muay Thai for 10 years and fought twice as an amateur. I'm also a 550 hour registered yoga teacher with 7 years of teaching behind me, 5 of those spent working specifically with nak muays.

So I know this from both sides. I know where the sport leaves you tight, which joints take the beating, and what actually helps versus what just feels like stretching. I built this course to fill that gap. To keep you training, keep you off the sidelines, and get your body doing what you're asking of it.

Questions

Before you start

Yes. This was built for fighters who are new to yoga. Liz explains every pose and the why behind it, so you start from zero and build week by week.

Just 4 short videos a week, and you choose how many times you repeat each. You can get real results doing the main flow 1 to 3 times a week.

Just a mat and a bit of floor space. Everything is follow along from home at your own pace.

That's exactly what it's designed for. Week 2 alone zeroes in on the hips and hamstrings that hold your kicks down. Open those up and your range climbs.
